Our commitment.
Upper Echelon Consulting LLC ("UEC," "we," "us") builds upperechelonconsulting.com for every business owner, including people with disabilities. That covers people who use screen readers, keyboards, zoom or voice controls.
Our standard and status
Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. Today the site partially conforms to that standard. Partially conforms means some content falls short of it while we rebuild.
How we check the site
We test each new page at 5 screen widths, from phone to large desktop, in current Google Chrome. We scan every new page with the axe accessibility checker and Google Lighthouse. Those scans cover color contrast, headings, link labels and text size. We fix what we find before the page goes live.
Known limits and how we help
- Older pages: We are rebuilding the site page by page. Pages built before the rebuild can fall short of the standard until we replace them.
- Tools from other companies: Our booking calendar and forms run on GoHighLevel, and our video calls run on Zoom. If one of them gets in your way, email us and we set up your meeting or send the information another way.
Technology the site uses
The site relies on standard web code and JavaScript to work with your browser and any assistive technology you use.

We review this statement as the site changes. The date at the top shows the last update.
